Bell HP77 helmet in carbon for formula championships
The Bell HP77 helmet in carbon is the new helmet, which is seen in championships such as Formula 1, Formula 2, IndyCar, and many more championships around the world. The helmet has the new FIA regulation called FIA 8860-2018 ABP (Advanced Ballistic Protection).
The safety of the Bell HP77 helmet is one of the strongest in the market, and it has a small visor, which makes the helmets less vulnerable to flying projectiles that can hit the helmet in the visor space.
Due to the carbon and very special material, the HP77 helmet is ultralight. Here, Bell has used a strong carbon fiber composite with a matte finish to minimize the weight.
The use of the helmet is primarily for open cars as formal cars, but it can also be used in closed cars. We made this helmet for Lina from China, who had two different designs made and races cars. See the design and painted helmet here.
The visor being used is a bounce-screen anti-fog (DSAF) visor included with the helmet. The visor is a clear visor. Colored visors can be added here.

The helmet is produced in three different shell sizes for the best possible safety. You can find the shell series and sizes below.
Previously, only professional Bell athletes were able to change the color of the fabric inside. This is now possible for a fee of €200 (incl. VAT). The helmet usually comes with a gray interior, with optional color choices including black, white, red, purple, blue, green, tan, and neon yellow. Note: All helmets ordered with a custom inner lining color are considered special orders and therefore cannot be returned. A 100% non-refundable deposit. Delivery time of 3–4 weeks for all customized helmets.
