5 Le Mans helmets from NJ Design at this year 2020 Le Mans

This year Le Mans was a special event without spectators which isn’t what are used to.

Our helmet designs was this year at its maximum of 5 drivers in different categories. Mikkel Jensen was driving for G-Drive in LMP2 category. They were leading and got a failure which sent them back in the field. By pushing they got back to P3 and with only 45 minuts left the car got a front suspention failure which send them out of top 3.

Nyck De Vries was racing for Racing Team Nederland in LMP2 category. They were the quickest car during practice and qualifying but the race turned out to be not as they wanted without any change to get a podium.

Oliver James Web was driving in LMP1 car with ByKolles and after a rear wing failure which send them into the wall, the race was over.

In the GTE AM category both Michelle Gatting and Rahel Fray driving the same car for Iron Dames was also driving with their new helmet designs from us. The speed was not there during the whole Le Mans race to have any podium changes – Hopefully next year.

We had a great time seeing the helmets on the legendary track where we have been a part of the design process.

We look forward to the next year of Le Mans with hopefully even more drivers using our helmet designs and hopefully some deserved podiums.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][dt_gallery_masonry bwb_columns=”desktop:4|h_tablet:4|v_tablet:3|phone:2″ image_border_radius=”0px” project_icon_border_width=”0px” include=”18378,18382,18379,15470,18380,18381,18373,18383″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
