Kush Maini, driving with NJ Design helmet design, is a young Indian racing driver, has made an impressive start to his 2022 Formula 2 campaign by setting the fastest time in the pre-season testing at Bahrain International Circuit. Maini, who races for the HWA RACELAB team, clocked a time of 1:40.738 on the second day of testing, which was the quickest time recorded across all three days of testing.
The 21-year-old driver made his debut in the Formula 2 championship in 2021, and he finished in the top ten in his very first race. Maini went on to finish 17th in the championship standings with a total of 14 points. For the 2022 season, Maini will be aiming to improve on his previous performances and challenge for podium finishes and race wins.
